WEIGHTLIFTING




Our Weightlifting classes are speciality sessions designed to develop technical proficiency, strength, and confidence in the Olympic lifts — the snatch, clean, and jerk. These sessions go deeper than a standard CrossFit class, giving athletes the dedicated time and coaching needed to refine movement patterns, improve efficiency, and build long-term lifting progress.
We run two Weightlifting sessions per week, providing consistent opportunities to develop skill while balancing overall training load. These classes form part of our CrossFit membership plans, allowing members to integrate focused lifting sessions alongside regular CrossFit training.
For non-members, drop-in spaces are available for experienced CrossFit athletes only. Due to the technical nature of Olympic lifting, a foundation in CrossFit and barbell movements is required to ensure safety and appropriate class flow.
