CROSSFIT TEENS is a structured training programme designed specifically for young people aged 11–16, helping them build strength, confidence, and healthy habits in a safe, supportive environment at CROSSFIT SEVENOAKS. These sessions focus on teaching proper movement patterns, developing physical literacy, and encouraging a positive relationship with fitness — without pressure, comparison, or performance-driven expectations.
Each class is fully coach-led and carefully programmed to be age-appropriate. Teens are introduced to foundational strength movements, bodyweight exercises, and light resistance training, all scaled to individual ability and stage of development. Technique, control, and safety are prioritised at every stage, ensuring young athletes build strength correctly, move well, and progress with confidence.
Beyond physical development, CROSSFIT TEENS places strong emphasis on confidence, teamwork, discipline, and resilience. Sessions are engaging, structured, and fun, creating an environment where effort and consistency are celebrated.
